At Afriworld Safari, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, leading to changes or cancellations of travel plans. We strive to provide transparent and fair refund policies to accommodate our clients’ needs while ensuring the sustainability of our operations. Please review the following refund policy:

Cancellation and Refund Guidelines

1. Cancellation by the Client:

   • Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to the start of the safari will incur a 10% administrative fee based on the total safari cost.
   • Cancellations made between 30 to 60 days prior to the start of the safari will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
   • Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the start of the safari are non-refundable.

2. Cancellation by Afriworld Safari:

   • In the rare event that we need to cancel a safari due to unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters or political unrest, clients will receive a full refund of all payments made to Afriworld Safari.
   • We reserve the right to cancel a safari if the minimum number of participants is not met. In such cases, clients will be offered alternative travel dates or a full refund.

3. Unused Services:

   • No refunds will be provided for any unused services, including accommodations, meals, or activities, once the safari has commenced.

Refund Process

• Refund requests must be submitted in writing to Afriworld Safari via email or letter.
• Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment, unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties.
• Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving the written refund request.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unexpected cancellations, medical emergencies, and other unforeseen circumstances. Travel insurance can provide peace of mind and financial protection in the event of travel disruptions.
