Day 1-2: Arrival in Arusha
Arrive at Kilimanjaro International Airport and transfer to your hotel in Arusha. Spend the next day exploring the vibrant city, visiting local markets, and preparing for your safari adventure.
Day 3-4: Tarangire National Park
Head to Tarangire National Park, renowned for its large elephant herds and baobab-studded landscape. Enjoy game drives, spotting lions, giraffes, and diverse birdlife. Stay at a family-friendly lodge overlooking the park.
Day 5-6: Serengeti National Park
Journey to the Serengeti, one of Africa’s most iconic wildlife reserves. Spend two days exploring the vast plains, witnessing the Great Migration (seasonal), and spotting lions, cheetahs, and other predators. Stay in a comfortable tented camp under the starry African sky.
Day 7-8: Ngorongoro Crater
Descend into the Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and home to an abundance of wildlife. Enjoy thrilling game drives, searching for rhinos, hippos, and flocks of flamingos. Stay at a lodge perched on the crater rim, offering panoramic views.
Day 9-10: Lake Manyara National Park
Visit Lake Manyara National Park, known for its tree-climbing lions and diverse ecosystems. Take a boat safari on the lake, spotting hippos and crocodiles, and enjoy a leisurely bicycle ride through nearby villages. Overnight at a family-friendly lodge near the park.
Day 11-12: Departure
Return to Arusha for a farewell dinner before transferring to the airport for your departure flight, bringing an end to your unforgettable Tanzania Family Holiday Safari.
